Inter is not Lens: Fabregas and Como are still not up to the Italian champion

Como is a club that is progressing at the speed of light, Cesc Fabregas has put together a team with no small investment that is delighting Europe, but it is still not good enough to defeat the current Italian champion.

Inter again beat Como, 2-0, just four days after Fabregas’ team’s historic victory in the Champions League and even 9-1 away to Lens, led by our Andrija Bulatović.

The Nerazzurri, however, are something else, and they responded to the painful defeat to Milan in the city derby with two routine triumphs – over Feyenoord in Rotterdam and now against Como at the Giuseppe Meazza.

The derby started with Inter immediately creating two threats to the opponent’s goal, and the third brought the advantage – Francesco Esposito scored after an assist from Djedo Spens.

The home team gained a big advantage in the 19th minute as Marcus Thuram took advantage of the confusion in Kom’s defense and launched his team to victory.

Tiram had two more great chances (one each in the first and second half), Federico Dimarco could also score, and Como had the only chance of the game, in the final minute when the ball grazed the crossbar after a shot by Niko Pasa.

Inter thus retained second place in the table, now one point behind leader Lazio, who drew in Naples today.

Roma is in third place, while Como fell to fifth place, overtaken by Milan.
