Trump’s upcoming visit will be his second to North Carolina in just over a month. He last visited Sept. 16, when he held a rally at the Gastonia Municipal Airport for Republican U.S. Senate candidate Michael Whatley.
In a post, Whatley said he was “thrilled” to welcome Trump to Gastonia, adding, “President Trump needs an ally in the Senate and North Carolina needs a fighter. That’s why we will win on November 3!”
