‘One Team, One Teaneck’ Township Council Candidates Campaign With Coffee, Slurpees

Last Monday, October 26, Elie Katz sponsored a “meet the candidates,” event with free coffee and slurpees at the 7-Eleven store located at 1247 Teaneck Road.

Customers dropped in and had a chance to talk township and county politics with “One Team, One Teaneck” council candidates Avi Berliner, Sharon Kolb and Amrit Ramjattan. These candidates are also endorsed by both Teaneck Mayor Mark J. Schwartz and Deputy Mayor Karen Lew Orgen.

Katz said, “We are proud to endorse One Team, One Teaneck for Teaneck Township Council. Teaneck deserves leadership that brings our community together, listens to residents and works toward a stronger, safer and brighter future for everyone. One team, one community, one Teaneck.”

They join in encouraging everyone to get out and vote in this local and general election. Voting has already begun at the Richard Rodda Center in Teaneck and multiple locations throughout Bergen County, and continues through November 1 at 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
