From the early 2000s Christian Audigier tank she wore as a dress for her headline set at Austin City Limits, to the black Roberto Cavalli dress she slipped into for the Academy Gala after-party in Los Angeles, Charli xcx and her longtime stylist Chris Horan have been shopping the musician’s recent inimitable looks from one place lately: Vinted. Teaming up with the leading second-hand fashion marketplace—which made its long-awaited launch in Australia this July—for her Music, Fashion, Film tour, Charli and Horan have been sourcing a collection of rare and eclectic vintage designer and pre-loved finds directly from Vinted sellers, straight into her closet. Now, you can own these very same pieces next.
From November 16, a curated edit of pieces from Charli’s personal archive and tour wardrobe sourced by Horan will go on sale on Vinted across Australia, the UK and the US, with all proceeds going to international organisation Rainbow Railroad, who help LGBTQI+ people and communities across the world facing persecution. Pieces including a leather jacket from R&M leathers, and a slew of the star’s vintage tees, will be up for grabs. “Some were found on Vinted in the first place, worn on stage, and are now going back out into the world,” Charli shares on the sale. “Which feels like a full circle.”
