Fashion Collaborations We’re Loving

As they say, two minds are better than one! Perhaps that’s the reason why some of a brand’s best work often comes out of collaborations with other brands. What collabs are we loving right now?

Reformation x Alexa Chung

Reformation is one of those brands that does collabs right. They previously worked with Camille Rowe, Devon Lee Carlson, and Nara Smith to create lines that feel true to both parties. When it came to the Alexa Chung collab, I was excited. Alexa Chung is a cool, understated, crazy-chic woman with a style much aligned to my own. Reformation if you’re reading this…I want one of everything. A few of the best looks below.

The star of the show is this dark purple silk dress. It’s everything. And more.

These pieces were aptly named. The Phenomenal Boot is just that, with patent leather and a pointed toe. The Daisy Dress evokes a sense of girlish femininity.

The Shimsham Bag, a sequin purse that evokes the essence of a 2000s diva. Seen styled with the Dude Shirt and the Pepo Jacket.

I’m obsessed with all of this velvet in a plum purple tone. The tailoring of each design is oh so elegant!

Lola Blankets x LoveShackFancy

These blankets have taken over every social media algorithm, going viral for the tender backstory behind the brand…and for being really soft blankets. Tommy and Will Higham started Lola Blankets to honor their mother, Amy, who passed after battling breast cancer. The brothers also founded Blankets for the Brave, an organization that gifts blankets and contributes donations towards breast cancer research and patient care.

Vans x SZA

This collab, coined VANSZA, drops online October 22. It’s a collection designed by SZA as part of her multi-year partnership with Vans as an Artistic Director of the brand. The debut campaign featured photography by India Sleem in a natural background, channeling the authentic aesthetic of the R&B singer.

Banana Republic x Zankov

Christmas came early with this one. Banana Republic announced a limited-edition collection with Zankov, just in time for the holidays. Banana Republic brings a timelessness and quality to the table while Zankov is known for having fun with fabrics, color, and patterns. Henry Zankov sought inspiration from the Banana Republic archives while designing, bringing in a vintage aesthetic. The collection is online now.

UGGs x Urban Outfitters

Although not a collaboration-specific product, Urban Outfitters is featuring UGG as their On Rotation spotlight brand. The collection is full of classics from UGG now available on the Urban Outfitters website. I linked my personal favorites below.

UGG Women’s Ellis Suede Loafers, $175, urbanoutfitters.com

UGG Women’s Classic Tread Fluffed Boots, $255, urbanoutfitters.com

UGG Women’s Classic II Boots, $195, urbanoutfitters.com

Noah x Timex

The easygoing attitude of Noah meets the quality of Timex, creating a reliable and stylish design. The Boatswain Watch has a leather strap and minimalist face. The two brands previously collaborated on the Moon Phase watch made exclusively for Noah.

Loewe x OnCloud

This collaboration is recurring and with the newest drop, on October 15, a campaign featured artists Joan Jonas, Martine Syms, and Tarek Atoui. The collection was inspired by these artists and their commitment to creativity. Items included the Cloudtilt Cosmic sneaker and the Cloudsolo Hiker sneaker, along with ready-to-wear items (a few standouts linked below!!)

Zip-up jacket in technical shell, $1,200, loewe.com

Hoodie in cotton, $990, loewe.com

Frankies Bikinis x Devon Lee Carlson

Although old news by now, this had to be included as it’s probably my favorite collaboration of the past few years. Devon Lee Carlson, influencer and Wildflower Cases co-founder, has a style rooted in the aesthetics of California but with a unique authenticity. With this collaboration, it’s another case of drooling over each piece.

The dress game was strong with this collaboration. From babydoll dresses to cheetah print slips. I crave to walk down Sunset Boulevard arm in arm with my bestie in matching Frankies Bikinis x Devon Lee Carlson Slip Dresses.
