Best Buy Black Friday Sale 2026: Early Deals Now Live on Gaming, Tech, and More

For the next two weeks, US retailer Best Buy is hosting a slew of “early Black Friday deals” in the run-up to its proper Black Friday sale that starts on November 19. From November 6, those looking to get some of their holiday shopping done early can sift through the retailer’s early discounts, which include a rotation of “Doorbuster” deals that will, supposedly, have you rushing to make a purchase.

Dramatic, I know, but let’s take a look at what’s on sale, and what’s worth picking up now, rather than simply waiting until the sales get even better at the end of the month.

We’ve already seen a few decent discounts as part of the DoorBOOsters sale over Halloween (October 30-November 1), but now we’re getting into the real meat and potatoes of the holiday sale season.

For reference, here’s the full Best Buy holiday sale schedule so you can plan out your shopping and gift buying for the rest of the year:

  • October 30 – November 1: DoorBOOsters
  • November 6 – November 19: Early Black Friday Deals + Doorbusters
  • November 19 – 28: Black Friday Doorbusters + Deals
  • November 29 – 30: Cyber Monday Sale Event
  • December 18 – 24: Last-Minute Savings Event

And before diving into any more specifics, it’s also worth pointing out that you can get a free $5 Best Buy credit for signing up for the new Best Buy Gamers program, which is basically an informational page for all things gaming. It tells you when the biggest upcoming games are coming out and has all the gaming deals in one place.

Also, if you’re a Best Buy Plus or Total member, you’ll earn double rewards on purchases from November 19 to December 6, and a $25 bonus reward on any purchases over $500 until November 8.

Okay, let’s properly get into it, so what are the best deals up for grabs in the early sale? Let’s start with those Doorbusters deals I mentioned.

Best Buy’s latest Doorbuster deals end Nov. 8

The latest Doorbuster deals last until November 8, so over the weekend of the sale kick off, savvy shoppers can save $1200 on a Samsung 65″ OLED TV, now down to $899.99, $250 off a MacBook Air (M5), $450 off a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, $250 off an Apple Watch Ultra 3, $150 off a Dyson V10 vacuum, and 54% off an Enegizer mag power bank, alongside 70% off a Nautica Nayman portable speaker. Oh, wait, missed one!

Probably the biggest highlight from me, as a gamer, is the $500 off an iBUYPOWER Slate gaming PC, bringing it down to $899.99. That includes an AMD Ryzen 5, and GeForce RTX 5060, and I think that’s a pretty great offering (all things considered)!

But, that’s not all that’s on sale, so I highly encourage you to check out the rest of the sale to see what else is up for grabs. There’s some decent video games on sale right now as well, which I’d highly recommend you consider while you can.

Preorder GTA 6 and purchase an eligible console for a $50 Best Buy gift card reward. My Best Buy is free to join. There are three tiers: Standard (Free), Plus ($29.99/yr), and Total ($199.99/yr).

Speaking of video game deals. While it’s slim pickings out there for those after a console, especially at a discount, there are still some potentially decent offers to consider in the run-up to GTA 6’s launch.

Top of the list right now is Best Buy, with the retailer offering a $50 reward certificate to anyone who bundles a Grand Theft Auto 6 preorder with an eligible PlayStation 5 or Xbox console.

That’s not a bad offer, particularly if you go for the refurbished PS5 at $549.99. You’re effectively getting $100 off the current $649.99 price of a new disc-drive PS5, plus another $50 in Best Buy credit to put towards a future purchase. Just bear in mind that this is the original 2020 PS5 model, complete with its 825GB SSD, rather than the newer, slimmer 1TB model.

And honestly, refurbished is where I’d be looking right now if you’re trying to keep the cost of getting GTA 6-ready as low as possible. You’re not going to get much of a discount on brand-new PS5 hardware at the moment, so a reputable refurbished model can make considerably more sense.

That’s why the next deal I’d consider is a certified refurbished PS5 directly from PlayStation through the PS Direct store. A refurbished PS5 is currently $549, while the refurbished PS5 Digital Edition is $499. Best Buy has these for $25 more than PlayStation, so you’re better off just going directly to the source if you aren’t too concerned about that $50 cashback with GTA 6.

More Black Friday Sale Dates

Black Friday always takes place on the day after Thanksgiving, which is November 27 this year. Of course, Black Friday sales don’t really start on that Friday anymore.

As I mentioned, there are already early discounts happening across major retailers right now just like Best Buy, but for a quick look at when the official Black Friday sales begin we’ve got an up-to-date list below:
