Ascension Coffee is bringing its popular coffees and cozy café atmosphere to Southlake’s bustling Town Square.
Southlake is the seventh location for the Dallas-based chain, according to Southlake Style.
Ascension Coffee will open at 6:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at 100 State St. in the former Corner Bakery location.
Ascension features globally sourced coffees roasted in small batches.
Southlake’s Ascension Coffee will feature a café atmosphere that is conducive for meetings or a leisurely lunch. Ascension will offer an espresso bar and seasonal coffee flights.
The menu features pancakes, steak hash and an Asian bowl.
Southlake mayor Shawn McCaskill celebrated the Ascension opening on his Facebook page and said that the grand opening celebration will be Oct. 23.
“The old Corner Bakery space has been totally remodeled and looks great! Let’s welcome Ascension Coffee to Southlake!” McCaskill said.
