Brad Pitt is returning as Cliff Booth in The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, and Netflix has given fans a fresh look at the upcoming feature. The streamer has released the film’s first official poster, showcasing a retro design inspired by its 1970s setting.
In addition to the poster, it has also shared a new 60-second promotional video. The announcement comes ahead of the film’s theatrical debut. Netflix confirmed that tickets for the IMAX screenings are now on sale, giving fans a chance to watch the David Fincher-directed movie on the big screen.

The film is scheduled to arrive in IMAX theaters worldwide on November 25, 2026, before its Netflix release in December. The project reunites Pitt with the character he first portrayed in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. While Tarantino wrote the screenplay, Fincher takes charge behind the camera.
What to expect from Brad Pitt’s The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth
Set in 1977, eight years after the events of Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, the film follows Cliff as he takes on a different role in the movie business. The former stuntman now works as a Hollywood fixer, using his unusual skills to handle problems and scandals in the industry.
Netflix’s official logline confirms that Pitt will reprise his Academy Award-winning role in a changing industry landscape, offering the character fresh opportunities to navigate trouble across Los Angeles.
The film’s cast includes Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Peter Weller. Matt Groove, JB Tadena, Corey Fogelmanis and Karren Karagulian are also part of the ensemble. Leonardo DiCaprio is not expected to return as Rick Dalton.
David Fincher directs the film using a screenplay written by Quentin Tarantino. The project brings together the distinct creative styles of the two filmmakers, with Pitt also serving as a producer alongside Ceán Chaffin. Meanwhile, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are composing the film’s score.
IMAX tickets are now on sale, with screenings set to begin on November 25. Netflix is expected to bring the movie to its streaming platform on December 23, 2026.
