Ticket selling details have been announced for our final match of next month.
Chelsea travel to take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Friday 27 November with kick-off at 8pm.
The venue is the City Ground and ticket sales for this match will be as follows:
Thursday 5 November from 10am until 1:30pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per season ticket holder.
Thursday 5 November from 2pm until 5pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per member.
Tickets will be sold online only.
Application process for supporters with access needs
Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here during the selling period. Alternatively, supporters if they are able to do so, can call our Access Team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve tickets and request further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated using this process.
Accessible parking
Nottingham Forest provides three car parking spaces for away supporters with access needs. There will be a charge £10 for the space. Please indicate your wish to book one at the time of your ticket request. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Supporters are required to email access@chelseafc.com providing their car registration and to confirm they are happy for it to be passed on to Nottingham Forest.
Coach travel
Coach travel to the City Ground will be on sale from 10:00 on Thursday 5 November.
Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 13:30 and Newport Pagnell at 15:30 and will be priced at £20 per person.
Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation
We have received an allocation of 3,006 tickets which includes an allocation of 14 non-ambulant and 14 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.
Dispatching of tickets
The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent from Monday 23 November, via email.
Duplicate tickets
Supporters who do not receive their tickets should email the ticket office on Friday 27 November no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.
Loyalty points
Loyalty points continue to be awarded for purchasing away tickets. If purchasing on the away ticket exchange, points will remain with the original purchaser and additionally be awarded to the new ticket holder. If using away ticket transfer, points will remain with the original ticket purchaser. Supporters will receive three loyalty points for this match.
Away ticket transfer
For the 2026/27 season, away ticket holders will only be able to pass on their ticket to an existing eligible member/season ticket holder who does not already have a ticket for this fixture. When doing so, they will be required to provide the name and membership number of the supporter who is using the ticket to the club via an online form. The form will be active on Tuesday 24 November from 12pm, to access the form please click here. Away ticket holders will be able to transfer their ticket up to six times per season. Digital and in-person spot checks will be carried out to ensure the correct information has been provided to the club.
Away ticket exchange
For the 2026/27 season Chelsea FC may, at our discretion, make away match tickets for Premier League matches available to sell and be purchased on the ticket exchange. More information will be provided once the sales process is completed.
Refunds
Away match tickets are not refundable.

Nottingham Forest strongly emphasises that children must be at least four years of age when attending fixtures at The City Ground. Babies in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety. Children under the age of 14 will NOT be permitted entry to the ground unless accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
