Juventus reshuffle again with a side spearheaded by Nick Woltemade and Randal Kolo Muani, while Napoli use Kevin De Bruyne in midfield with Scott McTominay, but Rasmus Hojlund is out.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET).

This has been a rough start to the season for both teams, and coaches facing their former clubs are under strong pressure.
Luciano Spalletti is facing calls for the sack after the humiliating 2-0 defeat to relegation battlers Genoa on Wednesday evening.
The Bianconeri lost three of the last four Serie A games along with a draw at Cagliari, and the fans are out of patience.
Jeff Ekhator is back in the squad after a couple of months, but Nico Gonzalez, Francisco Conceicao, Zeki Celik, Kenan Yildiz, Manuel Locatelli, Khephren Thuram and Kamil Grabara are still sidelined.
The big question is always whether to start with one striker or two, and Spalletti goes back to the pairing of Woltemade and Kolo Muani, but this time with Kerim Alajbegovic there too.
Lloyd Kelly steps in for Federico Gatti, but it remains to be seen if this is a 3-5-2 formation, 3-4-1-2, 3-4-3, or 4-3-1-2.
Napoli again have ex-Juve coach Max Allegri in the stands over a two-match touchline ban, so Marco Landucci is on the bench this evening.
Stanislav Lobotka badly sprained his ankle in the midweek 4-1 win at Monza and is out for at least six weeks, joining Benoit Badiashile, Leonardo Spinazzola, David Neres, Alisson Santos, Costantino Favasuli and Alessandro Buongiorno on the treatment table.
It therefore becomes inevitable that De Bruyne drops into the deeper midfield playmaker role he doesn’t entirely enjoy, flanked by McTominay and Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa.
Alex Meret returns in goal, but otherwise there’s no room for squad rotation with Hojlund breaking his eight-game goal drought midweek.
Amir Rrahmani had already been struggling with flu symptoms and they appear to have spread to Rasmus Hojlund, so Luca Marianucci and Lorenzo Lucca get rare starts.
Juventus vs. Napoli line-ups
Juventus: Vicario; Kalulu, Bremer, Lucumi; McKennie, Douglas Luiz, Koopmeiners, Cabal; Alajbegovic; Kolo Muani, Woltemade
Napoli: Meret; Di Lorenzo, Marianucci, Marin, Olivera; Anguissa, De Bruyne, McTominay; Politano, Lucca, Lang
