If you want a capable Android phone without opting for a larger Pro model, Google’s standard Pixel range combines a relatively compact design with AI features, capable cameras and long-term software support.
The Google Pixel 11 is now available for just £749 at Amazon, down from its £879 recommended retail price. That saves you £130, or 15%, and marks a new record-low price for this recently launched model. The phone only arrived in August and was still selling for £799 at the end of September, having previously been listed at its full RRP. With 200+ purchases in the past month and Amazon’s Choice status, the deal also applies to a phone that has already attracted considerable interest.
What the Google Pixel 11 has to offer
The Google Pixel 11 is the standard model in Google’s latest smartphone range. Its 6.3-inch display makes it more compact than larger devices, while the 120Hz OLED panel offers smooth scrolling and responsive interactions.
Google uses its new Tensor G6 processor, supported by 12GB of RAM, to handle apps, multitasking and AI features. A separate Titan M3 security coprocessor adds a dedicated layer to the phone’s security hardware. Google also promises seven years of updates for Android 17, which is useful if you plan to keep the phone for several years rather than upgrade every year.
Gemini Intelligence is a central part of Pixel phones. Google’s AI features are designed to help with everyday tasks, including finding information, writing and organising activities. You can also use the phone’s AI capabilities alongside its camera features. The camera system includes a 48Mp main camera, a 13Mp ultrawide camera and a 10.8Mp telephoto camera with 5x zoom.

The 4,985mAh battery supports 30W wired charging, 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. Google advertises a battery life of more than 30 hours, although actual runtime depends on how you use the phone. Wireless charging is particularly useful if you already have a compatible charging pad, while reverse wireless charging lets you charge compatible accessories using the phone.
The Pixel 11 supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6.0. The phone also has a USB-C port, dual stereo speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner beneath the display and Face Unlock. Google has equipped the handset with IP68 water and dust resistance and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back.
Why this offer is worth it
At £749, the Google Pixel 11 costs £130 less than its £879 RRP. The new record-low price is particularly noteworthy because the phone only launched in August and was still available for £799 at the end of September.
Buyers praise the straightforward setup process, responsive performance, sharp display, dependable battery life and camera quality. The compact size also appeals to people who prefer a smaller handset without giving up flagship features. Several reviewers highlight the 30x zoom and Gemini integration as useful additions, although opinions on the AI features vary.
Overall, our own review finds the Pixel 11 to be a capable all-rounder, particularly for anyone upgrading from a phone that is two or three years old. At £749, the lower price helps offset the higher launch cost, and the combination of a compact design, versatile cameras, 256GB of storage and long-term software support makes it worth considering. If you already own a Pixel 10, however, the relatively modest improvements mean that you have less reason to upgrade than those replacing an older handset.
