Gigi Hadid has hopped on the headband train. Seen leaving the Miu Miu Spring 2027 Paris Fashion Week show in an easy, breezy, French girl look, the star elevated her model-off-duty style with a ’90s-inspired hair accessory adored by her fellow It girls.
Beloved for its strong non-slip grip that keeps the hair in place all day, the zig-zag headband was first popularized in the 1990s and early aughts—and has seen a recent resurgence thanks to runway shows and celebrity endorsements alike. In fact, it was the Miu Miu Fall 2026 collection that arguably proved most influential to its return—even prompting Hailey Bieber, the star of the season’s campaign, to fall in love with the style. (The Rhode founder has since been spotted with her favorite little headband at the FIFA World Cup final match, on vacations to Sicily and Greece, and after many a pilates class.)
A season later, Hadid wore hers with a white button-down shirt, left undone to reveal a matching bra top, and a pair of straight-leg blue jeans. She added a brown leather belt and slipped into white mesh Miu Miu ballerinas, embellished with pixelated cross‑stitch floral embroidery and buckle straps. And for all her fashion week essentials, she grabbed her trusty pocket leather bag with (also Miu Miu).
Hadid has spent the month traveling from fashion capital to fashion capital. Starting off strong with a New York Fashion Week appearance on the Tommy Hilfiger runway, she then headed to Europe to participate in Milan’s buzzy schedule, before skipping on over to Paris. Here, she walked alongside fellow Miu Miu muses Emma Corrin and Olivia Colman, wearing a sports bra and crystal-embellished midi skirt.
