General Hospital has kept fans hooked with the track focusing on Trina’s stalker. Now, in the upcoming episodes, the culprit might finally make a move, turning things upside down.
Here is all you need to know about the upcoming storyline of the popular soap opera.
Trina’s biggest nightmare may still be ahead on General Hospital
Trina has been being stalked for a long time by a mysterious person. After signing a music contract, viewers find a hidden shot of a bulletin board covered with Trina’s photographs. Soon, the stalker exposed their radar and observed Trina from the shadows while she felt isolated. The culprit also took a picture of her from her performance in Rochester to stick on the bulletin board. Now, the recent episode has hinted at a shocking move from the stalker.
On October 5, 2026, Trina and Gio looked over their promotional postcard for their show on October 13 at the Cat’s Eye Lounge. Gio expressed that he is looking forward to his music career, but the stalker has the same postcard on their bulletin board. The board had pictures of Tina, while Gio’s image was scratched out. The creepy stalker might be planning something big for October 13 and attack Trina and Gio.
In a recent TV interview with Michael Fairman, Tabyana Ali, who plays Trina on General Hospital, wondered who the stalker could be. “The crazy thing is that everybody knows who it is except for me! They’re keeping that secret from me,” she said. The actress continued, “They want me to be as oblivious as Trina.” Ali also picked her choices among the potential suspects. “I would love for it to be Spencer. I would love for it to be Esme,” she said. Ali added, “Mostly because I also just want my friends back on set, too. I would love to just see them and hang out with them. I think it definitely could be one of those two.”
