Agape Village To Reopen Renovated Just Brew It Coffee Shop

Agape Village, a Santa Clarita Valley nonprofit adult day program for adults with special needs, is set to reopen its newly renovated Just Brew It coffee shop to the public Friday, Oct. 23.

The coffee shop will be open from 9 a.m. to noon at Valencia Town Center’s The Patios, behind Solita and The Stand.

The reopening marks a milestone for Agape Village, which uses Just Brew It to provide adults with special needs opportunities to develop workplace skills, build confidence and gain independence through hands-on experience.

“Our clients and team have been working incredibly hard to bring this vision to life,” said Jessica Escorza, co-founder and co-program director of Agape Village.

Founded by special education teachers, Agape Village is built on the belief that every adult deserves opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive. The nonprofit provides a supportive environment where adults with special needs can develop skills and participate in the community.

Escorza leads the program alongside Tim Smith, Agape Village’s founder and co-program director.

Through Just Brew It and its expanding learning spaces, the organization aims to create meaningful opportunities for its clients to share their abilities while developing greater independence.

Community members are invited to visit the newly renovated coffee shop, meet Agape Village’s clients and team, and support the nonprofit’s work.
