General Hospital spoilers are teasing another intense week in Port Charles. The latest preview points to lives being in danger, Sonny facing serious questions, and relationships being pushed to the limit.
General Hospital spoilers preview what happens from September 28-October 2
The latest General Hospital promo reveals several major developments. Curtis remains in critical condition after his brutal beating at Pentonville. Liz leads Dante to Curtis inside the hospital. Curtis is handcuffed to a gurney and remains unconscious while a guard watches over him.
Ric Lansing explains how serious the situation has become. He says, “Jenz and Curtis were just transferred to G.H. They were beaten within an inch of their lives.” Meanwhile, acting district attorney Justine wants answers.
She visits Sidwell to find out what really happened inside the prison. Sidwell is still badly injured in his hospital bed. When Justine asks, “Who was behind it?” he gives her a direct response. “Who do you think?” Sidwell responds.
The situation could also put Sonny under pressure. Justine then turns her attention toward Sonny. She summons him to the apartment above Charlie’s Pub for an important conversation. She tells him. “I want you to look me in the eye when you tell me if you were behind it.”
Sonny recently admitted that Justine was the first woman in years he felt comfortable being honest with. However, he now faces a difficult question about his involvement. The promo also shows another tense confrontation between Danny and Rocco.
It shows Danny punching Rocco outside the Quartermaine boathouse at night. The biggest concern comes toward the end of the preview. Curtis and Sidwell are both shown badly injured in separate hospital beds.
Dante then delivers a worrying update about one of them. “They’re not sure he’s gonna make it,” Dante says. The promo leaves fans wondering what happens next. Both Curtis and Sidwell are fighting serious injuries, but it remains unclear who Dante was referring to.
