Telstra’s budget brand Boost Mobile has bumped data inclusions on its long-expiry mobile plans as part of its Black Friday deals.
There’s an 80GB bonus on its six-month plan, taking it to a total of 180GB for $180. This makes it the equivalent of paying $30 per month for 30GB.
When it comes to Boost’s year-long plans, the $300 option comes with 60GB extra, bringing it to 300GB. This makes it the equivalent of paying $25 per month for 25GB.
And finally, Boost’s top-end $365 plan gets an extra 135GB for a total of 500GB to use across the year. That works out to be the equivalent of paying $30.42 per month for 41.6GB.
Here are Boost’s discounted long-expiry plans:
Note that the bonus data only applies on the first recharge. From the second recharge onward, the plans go back to their usual allowance. Boost’s plans are contract-free, however, so there’s no need to renew for a second term after the first.
These. deals run until February 15 next year, and are for new customers only.
On top of the long-expiry deals, Boost also has a $27 discount on its $39 28-day recharge for new customers. This includes 80GB for for the first three months, after which the data allowance drops to 30GB. The discounted price of $12 is only for the first recharge. Here’s the plan:
This offer runs until November 30.
Boost Mobile is the only Telstra MVNO to use the full Telstra prepaid network. This means its coverage is the same as what customers on a Telstra prepaid plan get, but without 5G in some areas that Telstra postpaid customers can access it. Other Telstra powered providers use the slightly smaller wholesale network.
Lastly, Boost Mobile has up to 15% off device in its refurbished phone store. These discounts last until November 30.
