The Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 is a current generation (2026) 27″ QD-OLED monitor with 2560×1440 resolution, which equates to a pixel density of 109ppi. It’s sharp enough for both gaming and general workstation use with excellent text clarity. This monitor is equipped with Samsung’s quantum dot (QD) OLED panel. A QD OLED panel is brighter and has a wider color gamut than the more common W-OLED panel. OLED monitors in general offer superior image quality compared to other monitors thanks to a near-instantaneous response time, true black levels, and near-infinite contrast ratio.
Most “budget” OLED monitors have a native 120Hz-165Hz refresh rate, but the Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 boasts a native 240Hz refresh rate.
