Taking to Instagram on Sunday to mark Mountain Rescue Awareness Day, Kate thanked the UK’s rescue teams and reflected on time spent with volunteers in June, when she completed the Three Peaks Challenge in Scotland and Wales.
Sharing a photo taken after her impressive feat, Kate posed with her husband, the Prince of Wales, their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – and a handful of mountain rescue volunteers, whom the royals hailed as “extraordinary”.
