Supernatural’s new independent app is available in Early Access on Meta Quest, ahead of the old service’s December 3 closure. Returning members need to download the replacement app and create a new account, then transfer their workout history separately.

The service supports Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S and Quest Pro in the United States and Canada. Its original founders and coaches now run it through Supernatural Health, independent of Meta.

Moving your workout history requires a separate transfer step

The company’s FAQ directs members to sn.co/transfer on a phone or computer, using the same account they use in the new headset app. The launch website says points, streaks, favourites and badges can come across.

New accounts can use email or Google sign-in. Members do not need to match their previous email address or link a Facebook account. The old and new apps can both be used until Legacy Edition closes on December 3.

Subscriptions cost $19.99 a month plus tax after a seven-day trial, or $199.99 a year plus tax after a 14-day trial. Billing for the new membership runs through the Meta Horizon Store. The company says Meta will issue prorated refunds around December 3 for old annual plans extending beyond that date.

Early Access brings workouts back while several familiar features follow

Supernatural advertises thousands of workouts, remastered favourites and new sessions every week. Supernatural Together, heart-rate tracking and a new companion app are still on the roadmap, with a full release planned for early 2027.

One subscription can be shared by household members on the same headset, each with their own account. Quest 2 support is promised for as long as Meta continues supporting the headset.

MIXED previously covered Supernatural’s return to independence and its new pricing. The replacement app is now usable, but existing members still need to handle account creation, history transfer and the new subscription as separate steps.
