ATLANTA, Ga. — Georgia sure is popular with America’s top political bigwigs these days.
But that’s to be expected, given how important the Peach State’s midterms are to the nation’s political spectrum.
Just over a week after rallying supporters in northwest Georgia, President Donald Trump will return to Georgia on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, for an appearance in Macon. The venue location has not been announced, but remarks are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., according to the White House’s Rapid Response 47 “X” account.

As early voting enters its final days beginning next week, former President Barack Obama will be in metro Atlanta on Oct. 28, 2026, to stump for U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff and gubernatorial nominee Keisha Lance Bottoms.
And former Vice President Kamala Harris will join Ossoff on Oct. 30, 2026, delivering the keynote address for Fulton Forward, a fundraising dinner for the Democratic Party in Fulton County.
All of these appearances follow last week’s visit by Vice President JD Vance, where he spoke to supporters at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Ossoff’s seat is seen as crucial by national Democrats to keeping a close margin with Republicans in the U.S. Senate. He is being challenged by U.S. Rep. Mike Collins, who appeared at Trump’s rally last week and who has closely aligned himself with the 47th president.
Georgia’s governor’s seat is a wide open race in 2026, with Bottoms and Republican Rick Jackson seemingly locked in a statistical dead heat in their campaigns to succeed outgoing Gov. Brian Kemp.
