Event will take place later this month
An event later this month will focus on the readiness of Isle of Man businesses to comply with new, tougher compliance measures being introduced by Companies House in the UK.
It’s part of the ongoing fight against crime and the tightening of sanctions against rogue states.
The key speaker at the event on 20 October at the Claremont Hotel will be Liz Kinsey, Managing Director of CRO Corporate Services, one of the UK’s leading corporate service providers.
Liz Kinsey says the aim is to help Manx businesses understand the impact of the new rules and regulatory changes.
Companies failing to comply face heavy fines, but the reputational damage could be considerably greater.
She will use the event to advise companies on what they should be doing to ensure compliance and mitigate risks efficiently.
The event will be hosted by Julia Cowan, Chief Revenue Officer at Tiller Technologies.
